2 Steps Back, 1 Step Forward
No one said it was going to be easy. I try to tell myself everyday that I CAN get through this, and I WILL get through this. I have a daughter, and i need to show her that 'skin and bones' isn't healthy, but 'fit and toned' is. Her mother has to lead the example. I need to get better before preaching these things to her! I am here for healthy inspiration.
